What are the things that climate can’t change?
Published in Disclaimer Journal
Performed live at The Bird, Western Australia with Jameson Feakes and Annika Moses in March 2021

A woman stands on stage reading from a paper into a microphone, while a man plays guitar beside her. A projected image behind them shows people entering a vehicle, marked 'AFP.' The setting appears to be a dimly lit performance space with stage lights.

Photos by Joshua Wells

A person with short hair is speaking into a microphone on stage, holding a script, with a guitarist sitting nearby. Another person is seated to the side with a microphone. The room has dim lighting and an audience is visible in the foreground.

Jessica Wilkinson wrote a beautiful piece in the Sydney Review of Books called How Poems Make Things Happen. I was so stoked that two of my poems were mentioned, have a read of it here.

For my Master of Theatre (Dramaturgy), I wrote a short thesis called “Eco-queer entanglements: socio-political-climatic dramaturgies as reparative practice”. I utilised practice-led-research working on Mammalian Diving Reflex’s show All The Sex I’ve Ever Had and my solo show Mother of Compost to create tools on eco-dramaturgies and queer dramaturgies for performance-makers.
